Letter from Alice Milligan to Mary Hutton,
[1909 March 4].
Milligan gives advice to Mrs. Hutton on where to stay on an upcoming journey to Gweedore and talks about the areas where Irish is much spoken. She suggests she call into Letterkenny on her way home to visit the bishop and St. Eunan's Seminary, where an Irish school for National Teachers is held in the summer. She thinks an unofficial visit from someone such as Mrs. Hutton might ease the friction there has been [between the Gaelic League and the Bishop], but says 'he is one of the greatest living forces in the Irish language movement'. She mentions various other matters, including the [Samuel] Ferguson centenary
