Included is a warrant, issued by Viscount Kilwarden, Chief Justice of Ireland, against the Rev. Peter Cullen, priest of Crookstown, Co. Kildare, dated 30 April 1802. Cullen is charged with detaining Patrick Kavanagh against his will as a means of preventing Kavanagh prosecuting Terence Toole.
