Description:Niall Montgomery was one of the speakers at the Dublin University Modern Languages Society's Inaugural address on Samuel Beckett which took place on 22 November 1960. Includes correspondence with Dorothy (née Cole) Walker relating to her speech on Beckett which Niall Montgomery forwarded to Beckett and John Lincoln 'Jack' Sweeney. Also contains copies of a letter from Samuel Beckett in which he references Dorothy's speech. An invitation to the Inaugural Address and two copies of a script in French about Samuel Beckett are also included.
