Killock, Howe and McD discussed inviting more people onto the Committee of One Hundred for Investigation of Atrocities in Ireland, and a meeting Folk had with "unofficial British representatives. Folk reports that the British representatives submitted a plan for Ireland "on a basis similar to that granted by U.S. to Cuba".
