Laurence Byrne has rejected rumours that 'Irish Opinion' is funded by the 'Harrison-Lyon group'. He warns Johnson that if these rumours are true that it would compromise the reputation of the paper and leave it 'entirely at the mercy of A. G. (Arthur Griffith) and Sinn Fein.'
