Eoin Mac Neill urges Bulmer Hobson to keep the work of the Irish Volunteers to the front of the publication. Attached is a letter of reply from 'The Echo' newspaper in Enniscorthy to Eoin Mac Neill, declining to publish his 'The Irish Volunteer' after a resolution by the newspaper's board of directors [also attached].
