The Irish delegates to the conference are listed as Professor Seosamh O'Faoileach (Joseph Whelelan [sic.]), R.C. Fearghusa (Robert Campbell Feguson), L. Huigheid (William Hewat) and T. Mac Eoin (Thomas Johnson).
