Enclosed is a copy order from Maurice Moore, Inspector General of the National Volunteers, banning the carrying of ball ammunition due to a number of accidents, and ordering that arms should be carefully cleaned at intervals. Also includes copy letters from Fitzroy Hemphill to the Marquis MacSweeney of Marshanglass and John Fitzgerald-Kenney, informing them that the enclosed order will be published in 'The National Volunteer'.
