Green asks about whether the news of uprisings in Bavaria are true: "Ah, if there could be an uprising of the peoples for peace. As it is no democratic state would ever declare war". She also describes "a great celebration in Tyrone" where members of the Ulster Volunteer Force and the Irish Volunteers marched together.
