Letter from Roger Casement to an unidentified recipient giving descriptions of people that it would be useful to make contact with in America and regarding the 'Christiania' incident,
1914 Nov. 12.
Casement lists Joseph McGarrity, Judge Cohalan, John Devoy and others as sympathetic individuals who should be called on while in America and who will assist with a lecture tour that is being planned. He hopes to have proof about the "Assassin" in Christiania soon, at which point the story can be published. He has enough proof to get the man thrown out of Norway but it is his duty to stay in Germany so he cannot present it to the Norwegian government. He mentions his hopes of the German government sending arms to the Irish Volunteers. He describes events in Christiania with Adler Christensen in detail for use at a future time.
