Memo from the I. R. A. Field General Headquarters, Mallow, to all I. R. A. units regarding the policy on army unification and attacks on the IRA by Dáil forces,

1922 June 30.

The author makes reference to his position on the policy and states "while remaining a member of Executive, I have not carried on as C/S. since Convention of the 18th". He also appeals to I. R. A .members to maintain discipline and "not interfere with civilian population except absolute military necessity requires it".
