O'Brien writes regarding his suggestion of a short lecture tour "...I am convinced that if you were on the spot & c[oul]d see the situation for yourself & become acquainted witht he many new men (and women too I am glad to say) who are in the movement here in Belfast that all obstacles w[oul]d be overcome".
