Mentions Rory O'Connor, Jim Reilly who has gone to Mayo, Éamon De Valera who does not have the "moral courage of [Eoin] MacNeill" and left Cathal Brugha in charge, Michael Collins who has "gone into the army again", Harry Boland, Liam Mellowes, the 'Irish Press', Father Tierney, Arthur Griffith and Seán T. O'Kelly.
