Letter from J.L. [Diarmuid] Fawsitt to Joseph McGarrity enclosing a copy of a letter from Thomas Devlin and asking for his observations on it,

Devlin's letter is dated 6th January 1921 and criticises the Sinn Féin party for being responsible for the current suffering in Ireland and claims that they will not be opening an agency in Ireland as the country is in such poor condition and "always with a hat going around this country for some purpose".
