Connolly asks O'Brien to forward a number of advertisements for 'The Harp' to other publications and refers to the question of whether the Socialist Party of Ireland will accept the paper as their "official organ". Connolly also refers to printing a letter from Mrs [Alice] Stopford Green to help promote the paper.
