Ua Shaidhall of the Colmcille Branch explains that Pearse's visit to the Glasgow branch before his lecture to the Colmcille branch meant some members of his committee "thought that the Committee of the Glasthu had stolen a march. A slight dispute between myself and the rest of the Committee was the result".
