Almond writes that O'Brennan may claim a pension under the Military Service Act (1934) or the Supperannuation Act (1936) in respect of overlap between her two periods of service. He outlines the options open to her and advises that the more favourable course would be to retain her military service pension with a reduced superannuation payment.
