Lemass lists creditors that have already put forward claims and asks for clarification on a fund established for the relatives of the executed leaders of the Rising. £3100 has been deposited in the name of Thomas J. Clarke and Lemass needs to establish that this was not Clarke's personal money as his creditors should have access to it.
