Hastily written notes from Liam Pedlar to Joseph McGarrity relating to the acquisition of Thompson guns, ammunition, and money. Pedlar urges McGarrity to contact Rorke [unknown] in Washington, D.C. to send him to Ireland with either ammunition or money, and warns him that Rorke may try to back out due to the death of Harry [Boland]. Pedlar makes reference to Hugh Montague and Tommy O'Connor in relation to acquiring arms.
