Handwritten note with the photostat reads that the document was read by "Old T Kelly" and mentions deabte surrounding the authenticity of the document, however Éamonn Ceannt fully believed it was genuine. The orders were copied from cipher and refer to headquarters locations, premises to be occupied and persons to be placed under arrest.
