Papers of Thomas MacDonagh, including his literary papers, correspondence and documentation relating to his teaching career with the National University and involvement with the Irish Volunteers. Also included are biographical notes, compiled by members of his family, and some papers of his sister Mary MacDonagh (Sr. Francesca), his brother John MacDonagh and father Joseph MacDonagh.

Newspaper cutting consists of a picture of Father Albert with both of Thomas and Muriel MacDonagh's children, Donagh and Barbara, with a caption mentioning he asked the children "to follow the ideals of their parents, who he expected to meet very soon"..
