Description:Gaffney blames the Wilson government for his precarious situation and mentions his lawyer in Philadelphia, Doyle. Also states that he would like to be appointed Envoy to the new German Government by De Valera and asks McGarrity to "take the matter up with Judge C". Mentions that he will attend the International Socialist Congress and hopes to see some Irish delegates. Also mentions "J.D." [John Devoy], the "G.A." [Gaelic American], "that scoundrel Gimpers", "Frank T. Walsh", "Freeman" and others.
