Bradley from Liam Pedlar in which the sender discusses the lengths to which he will to go as an informant and arranges to meet the recipient. Instructs the recipient to address him as "Mr. Wilson" when they meet. Draft letter contains the names "McGarrity" [Joseph] and "Pedlar" [Liam] as signatories. Letter is addressed "Dear J." and signed "Billy". |
