Also included are her letters to her other children Lady Alice and Lady Louisa 'Loulie' Howard, her son Charles Howard, 5th Earl of Wicklow and Cecil Howard, 6th Earl of Wicklow. Her letters relate for the most part to family and social matters.

Notes: | Sarah 'Sally' Howard was the daughter of Charles and Caroline Hamilton (née Tighe) of Hamwood, Co. Meath. In 1836 she married the Rev. the Hon. Francis Howard, Vicar of Swords, Co. Dublin.
