Includes bundle of c. 50 forms for tenants claims to title, signed by Charles Maunsell, solicitor for Richard Smyth, with townlands and tenants names filled in, dated 3 January 1840. Another bundle of c.14 forms notifying tenants in Castlemiles and Ballycondon to give up possession dated 28th February 1840. Also includes notes, memoranda and ancillary documents to leases in Limerick and Waterford.
