The set contains twenty-four items, including twenty-one maps, one plan of an unknown bridge, one rental and one survey documents. The maps range from 1742 to 1878, with five undated. They include mapsby cartographers including Gabriel Stokes, Daniel Kelly, Jacob Nevill, David Tindall, Bartholomew Sweeney, and James Sweeney. The rental is printed and dates from 1825. It relates to the sale of the estate following the death of Mrs. Sarah Tighe. The survey is by James Sweeney and dates from 1827. Two maps by Sweeney are included, and possibly relate to the survey.
