| Description: | O'Brennan requests the return of 'Leading a dog's life in Ireland', as well as the manuscript of 'The adventures of Smooth-the-Ways Fairy' which was sent on in error by her sister, Kathleen, in 1945. She writes "I was very sorry to learn that my old dog was being deported from the Kingdom without his green ticket, but I quite understand the disasters of this year for all publishers and thank you for all efforts you have made on my behalf". |
