In Collection: Ceannt and O'Brennan Papers, 1851-1953.
Description:Bogan returns O'Brennan's proof of 'We surrender: An episode of Fourth Battalion, 30th April, 1916', explaining that footnotes have been added to help identify people mentioned within the text "but if you do not approve, please let us know by return and we will delete them". He also remarks that a series of O'Brennan's recollections "made up into a book would help to fill in the background of this period and should find a publisher".
