Images documenting congested districts along the west coast, including Mayo, Galway and Donegal. Subjects include: new and improved housing in rural villages, like on Mellenish Island; new concrete house at framing level; a series of images of grass farms, Kilree, Cloonmore; women cleaning or salting fish, Ardara, Co. Donegal; Harbour area; boats; local inhabitants. Other images include; group portrait of the Horace Plunkett Inquiry at Old Head, 1906; Lady Aberdeen outside new dwelling; visiting nurse at home of poor family.
