Louis Antoine François de Marchangy

Louis Antoine François de Marchangy (25 August 1782 – 2 February 1826) was a French lawyer, author and politician. He was a passionate supporter first of Napoleon and later of the Bourbons, and an impressive force in the courtroom. He was a Deputy from 1822 to 1824. Provided by Wikipedia
