Félix Grat

Félix Eugène Grat (12 November 1898 – 13 May 1940) was a French politician and historian. An independent candidate, he was elected in 1936 to represent Mayenne in the National Assembly. He was killed in action during the Second World War in 1940. Provided by Wikipedia
