Caracoa / Martinico / Venello / Parent Cocoa / Miserable or Chocolate Shells, &c. / Sugars....Spices...Spirits...Wines...Waters...Pickles...Fruit...Groceres [sic]...[a manicule printed on the sheet points ot the words] The Nobility, Gentry, and the Public in general, who are pleased to favour him with their Commands, may depend on that Propriety of Conduct which has been so long marked with their Approbriation.
