Triumph is in sight. :
M. Clemenceau, Prime Minister of France, has sent to all Presidents of the Departments' Councils-General, which passed a resolution of congratulation to the Government on the recent military successes, a telegram in which he says: - "Our triumph is in sight. The co-operation in remodellling the world of the peoples will result in the accomplishment of that work od idealism towards which so many generations have directed their efforts, and the happiness of realising which has been reserved by history for us". Will this be Ireland's triumph? Not unless she takes her fair part in the war.
